Requirements:

Managingstaff substaff and vendors responsible for housekeeping optimizingelectricity transport pantry and housekeepingcosts.

Makingtravel arrangements and preparing documents presentation materialsand facilities formeetings.

Enteringand updating company employee and clientrecords.

Manageand maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and financialstatements.

Preparemonthly quarterly and annual financial reports for managementreview.

Processpayroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

Reconcilebank statements and oversee cash flowmanagement.

Assistcolleagues whenevernecessary.

Bachelorsdegree in Commerce or CA Intermediate CMA Intermediate basicknowledge of accounting and bookkeeping with 2 years ofprofessionalexperience.

Anunderstanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software mayberequired.

Excellentorganizational and leadershipskills

Familiaritywith office management procedures and basic accountingprinciples

Excellentknowledge of MS Office Excel and office management software(Tally)
