Program Management (Associate level)

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – WFH + Field)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven person for Program Management (Associate level) to join our team in Mumbai. The role will focus on planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with our partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education, events, and program management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute strategic events & activities in schools onboarded with PhysicsWallah.
    • Design and manage student engagement activities in collaboration with schools.
      • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors).
        • Ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground.
          • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
            • Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
    • Strong PPT and presentation design skills .
      • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management .
        • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
          • A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
