Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated LLM Engineer with 5+ years of
experience in AI/ML, NLP, and deep learning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral,
Claude, or similar, and a strong understanding of model ne-tuning, prompt
engineering, evaluation, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, ne-tune, and deploy large language models for specic use
cases.
Build and optimize prompt strategies for various downstream tasks (e.g.,
summarization, Q&A, classication).
Work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs with
vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
Evaluate LLM performance using metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and
human-in-the-loop feedback.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver
scalable AI-powered solutions.

Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in LLMs and generative
AI.
Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like Hugging
Face Transformers, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Deep understanding of NLP techniques and transformer-based architectures.
Experience with ne-tuning, LoRA, PEFT, or quantization of LLMs.
Knowledge of vector databases and embedding techniques.
Familiarity with ML Ops tools (MLow, Weights & Biases) and deployment
frameworks (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for training and deploying
models.
Good grasp of data preprocessing, annotation, and model evaluation
techniques.
