Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience in selling to K12 schools. This role focuses on driving sales, generating leads, and building strong relationships with school administrators and district officials in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have direct access and contacts with multiple K12 schools in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the K12 sector.
Conduct product presentations and close sales with schools and districts.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in K12 schools and districts.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Provide insights and feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in selling to K12 schools and districts.
Direct access and contacts with multiple K12 schools in the Hyderabad region.
Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
