Employee Relations


  • Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement.
  • Foster and nurture a smooth Industrial relations climate by working closely with the Union / Shop floor team in ensuring right behaviors/ discipline.
  • Experience on Factory & Labour Laws and exposure to LTS settlement , managing HR Strategic role.
  • Promoting an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.
  • Handling/dealing with employee complaints, and grievances and resolving it timely/ proactively and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace



Talent and Leadership

  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies
  • Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire – cultural evaluation and potential evaluation
  • Strong succession pipeline for N-3/4 leadership positions
  • Develop and deploy the competency framework creating a future-ready workforce
