We at L4B Software  looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager  to lead our technological initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management,automotive processes, Jira, Confluence, MS Project . With an impressive track record in both technical and leadership roles, this role is crucial in driving our technology strategy and implementation.

 

At L4B Software you will:

  • Planning and tracking of embedded software projects , including technical scope definition, resource allocation , deadlines, and test design and maintenance strategy.
  • Effective and efficient interface to customers and stakeholders  in the field of embedded systems (automotive  and/or medical technology ).
  • Proactive identification/resolution/avoidance of technical and non-technical blockages/obstacles.
  • Take E2E responsibility for tracking milestones (deadlines) and deliverables.
  • Release of documents and reports.
  • Support of the sales team in the quotation process.
  • Interaction with the customer about potential projects.
  • Interest in technological progress in the embedded area.

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Completed studies as Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering , B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science  or similar.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management for software or systems engineering.
  • At least 2 years  of professional experience as a software Engineer.
  • Experience in using various Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc.
  • Knowledge of automotive processes (eg ASPICE, ISO26262, TISAX ) OR medical technology processes (eg ISO 13485 ) is a strong advantage.
  • A structured way of working, positive approach to work, ready to adapt to changes with a “can do” attitude.
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for technical topics/technology trends in the embedded software sector .
  • Proactive drive and positive attitude that contribute to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A confident, problem-solving attitude
  • Capability to make impactful decisions.
  • Proficiency and exceptional skills in both Project and People Management.
  • Innovative, optimistic and persistent.

Requirements
What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, data analyst, AI/ML, data engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, or a similar role with a demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and take initiative. Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and data science principles. Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. Proficiency in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly those involving machine learning workflows. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data manipulation/analysis libraries like pandas, NumPy, and SQL databases. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS/EC2, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of addressing and resolving complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Good to have experience with PaLM, LLaMA models, (E.g. Optimizations with 7B, 13B, 33B, and 65B parameters), Previous experience with LAMDA. HumanEval etc.
