Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to achieve our marketing goals and grow our online presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant channels.
  • Create and manage content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience with keyword research, using tools like Google Keyword Planner, UberSuggest, or Keywords Everywhere.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other methods to determine best approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
