BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
We want a supple business development executive who can contribute to the growth of our company. The business development executive is responsible for conducting client meetings, Aggressive follow-up and leading to a closure. One should have a close eye on clients' feedback and able to retain them.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
· One should be able to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
· Solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
· Market strategies used to attract clients in that particular corridor.
· multiply the number of connections and increase the sales funnel.
· Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
· identifying new prospects by developing the right connection.
· conducting client meetings. Generating interest in them and leading to closure.
· be customer-obsessed and generate revenue for the company
· Activities that can churn the client and achieve closure.
· understand the services offered by our company and sell the same to the clients.
· maintaining relationships with existing clients that are in the pipeline and ensuring that they are retained and closed in the future.
· Suggest upgrades or Downgrades and provide the required services that may be of interest to clients.
· Generate more revenue from clients and achieve the company target.
· negotiating with the client if required, instead of losing and capturing the opportunity and closing
· working as per the standards of the company and creating awareness in the market.
· Address the client's requirements/Needs and work with the team to bring necessary changes.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Ability to convince clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Knowledge on data analysis and project management
- Ability to negotiate
