Role Overview

Tigabits Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to

strengthen our delivery and operational excellence center in Calicut. The Business

Analyst will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical execution,

ensuring clarity across projects in IT services, project management, and digital

marketing. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, supporting

project coordination, analyzing workflows, and contributing to research and innovation

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


• Engage with stakeholders and internal teams to understand project

requirements and define scope.


• Draft and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), project charters,

and Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).


• Assist in prioritizing and aligning tasks with the right team members to ensure

timely execution.


• Track and monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple

ongoing projects.


• Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and retrospective meetings to

maintain project alignment.


• Manage workflows and track deliverables using project management tools such

as Jira.


• Support the leadership team by preparing regular project updates and progress

communication.


• Conduct research and analysis (R&D) to support business strategy, process

improvements, and market insights.


• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and risk registers to ensure visibility across

leadership and teams.


• Build strong working knowledge of technology systems and processes to

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, or related fields.


• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related

domains.


• Strong documentation skills with the ability to write BRDs, reports, and

structured meeting notes.


• Familiarity with IT workflows, digital solutions, or project management

processes.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.


• As this role includes collaboration with teams and stakeholders overseas,

proficiency in English communication (spoken and written) is essential for

success.

Preferred Skills


• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).


• Understanding of delivery management workflows.


• Proactive problem-solving and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
