Role Overview

The UI Architect is responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web initiatives. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering, ensuring seamless integration of UI components with backend services and alignment with business goals. Also, ensure smooth integration and client delivery. Must have exposure to some cloud platform and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture, Development & Operation

·
 Define and implement UI architecture using modern frameworks (ReactJS).

·       Create reusable component libraries and design systems.

·       Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

·       Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.

·       Mentoring and setting up the standards by example

Collaboration

·
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

·       Act as a bridge between design and development teams.

·       Provide technical consultation across teams and projects.

Tooling & Infrastructure

·
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for UI projects.

·       Manage build tools (Webpack, Babel), testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and deployment strategies.

·       Automate tasks and streamline development workflows.

Documentation & Mentorship

·
  Maintain architectural documentation and best practices.

·       Mentor junior developers and promote modern UI development standards.

Required Skills

·
 Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, React, React-Redux Tool, Recoil, State Management

·       Tools: Git, Webpack, Babel, Sass/Less, RESTful APIs

·       Design: UX/UI principles, wireframing tools (Figma), accessibility standards

·       Architecture: Component-based design, micro frontends, performance optimization

·       Soft Skills: Communication, leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management

·       Good to have(non-mandatory) – Backend with Python, Fast API, Gen AI tools (Copilot, Chat GPT), and Features (setting up GenAI Tools with VS Code, etc)

Qualifications

·
Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· years in front-end development, 3+ years in architectural roles.

·       Experience with large-scale deployments and cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Certifications (Good To Have)

 AWS Certified Solutions Architect

·       Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
