Role : UI Architect.

Location : Pune.

Experience : 6-8 years.

Were looking for a hands-on UI Architect who will lead front-end architecture and development using ReactJS while collaborating closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Technical Skill Expertise :

ReactJS (Advanced) :

- Deep expertise in building scalable and maintainable front-end applications using ReactJS, including hooks, component lifecycle, and advanced state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Thunk, and Context API.

- Skilled in applying performance optimization techniques and integrating component libraries with custom theming.

- Familiarity with React design patterns is essential.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) :

- Strong command of modern web standards, responsive UI development, and JavaScript best practices.

- Emphasis on CSS Flexbox layouts and CSS-in-JS styling approaches.

Testing Frameworks :

- Working knowledge of React unit and integration testing frameworks to ensure code robustness and & Responsibilities :

- Review business requirements and Figma designs to lead rapid and high-quality conversion of UI mockups into production-ready ReactJS components.

- Own and drive the end-to-end technical delivery of the ReactJS application including design, development, testing, and production readiness. (This is a hands-on leadership role that involves active coding.)

- Collaborate closely with Architects, delivery managers, consultants, and UX teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Define, document, and uphold coding standards, architectural best practices, and technical quality benchmarks across the front-end and backend API layers.

- Lead and mentor a blended team of front-end and backend developers, providing direction, support, and resolution of technical challenges.

- Monitor and optimize application performance and address bottlenecks through targeted improvements.

- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key technical decisions to stakeholders.

- Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD workflows and support deployment to cloud environments.

- Take ownership of post-deployment support, ensuring continued stability and issue resolution.
