Position DescriptionAs a Project Coordinator in the Presales team, you will engage in a variety of Presales and Sales operations activities to support internal clients with their Sales and Marketing initiatives. Your key focus areas will include:

Band: L3Sales Operations

Pipeline Management: Responsible for managing the sales pipeline.Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Facilitate these processes to ensure accurate planning.Report Creation and Distribution: Create and distribute sales-related reports, such as pipeline reports and closed reports from Salesforce CRM.Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, finance, and senior leadership.Presales SupportContent Sourcing and Research: Perform various presales activities including content sourcing, research, and analysis.Support Services: Assist with newsletters, RFx support, document enhancement, data mining, and project coordination with other divisions.Essential QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.ExperienceSalesforce CRM: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or equivalent sales CRM platform.Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales organizations within a B2B setting.Budgeting and Forecasting: Understanding of budgeting, target setting, and forecasting processes.Job Knowledge & SkillsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.MS Office: Advanced skills in Excel, and minimum L2 level proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.Data Visualization Tools: Working knowledge of tools like Data Studio and CRM (Salesforce).Project Management: Excellent project management skills.Research and Analysis: Strong research and analytical abilities to draw inferences and present findings.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.Job LocationLocation: ChennaiWork TimingsRotational Shifts:Evening: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PMLate Evening: 5:30 PM to 1:30 AMFlexibility: Expected as per project requirements.This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within the Presales domain, contributing to crucial sales and marketing processes and working closely with various internal stakeholders to drive success.
