The team you will be a part of Retail Operations & Trade Marketing which is responsible for execution and driving business from Retail. We take care of driving the Sell-Outs and visibility at the shop floor by creating right consumer experience and training & developing retail workforce This role in summary Identification of prospects, shortlisting as per guidelines and target markets Identification of civil, electrical work for store readiness Engaging with agencies for designs, drawings and store rollout Commercial discussions, agreement with partners Complete ownership of the channel/outlets for volume-value-ROI and profitability Preparation of marketing plan as per markets and execution to improve traffic to the stores Create an unmatched consumer experience at the stores Mystery audit and hygiene management of store Stakeholder Management Internal: HO teams, category teams, marketing teams Regional: RRMM's, RM's, BM's External: Agencies, vendors, common competition sources Minimum requirements MBA/PG with 8 years of experience in relevant field Preferred skills and experiences Experience in managing EBO channels with minimum 8 years experience in consumer durable or similar field.
