We take care of driving the Sell-Outs and visibility at the shop floor by creating right consumer experience and training & developing retail workforceThis role in summaryIdentification of prospects, shortlisting as per guidelines and target marketsIdentification of civil, electrical work for store readinessEngaging with agencies for designs, drawings and store rolloutCommercial discussions, agreement with partnersComplete ownership of the channel/outlets for volume-value-ROI and profitabilityPreparation of marketing plan as per markets and execution to improve traffic to the storesCreate an unmatched consumer experience at the storesMystery audit and hygiene management of storeStakeholder ManagementInternal: HO teams, category teams, marketing teamsRegional: RRMM's, RM's, BM'sExternal: Agencies, vendors, common competition sourcesMinimum requirementsMBA/PG with 8 years of experience in relevant fieldPreferred skills and experiencesExperience in managing EBO channels with minimum 8 years experience in consumer durable or similar field.
