About the Role This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience and a passion for motivating teams. You’ll support and inspire a small team while delivering exceptional customer service and helping drive sales. If you are a self-starter, able to prioritize tasks, and possess a positive, dynamic attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You’ll Do: Lead and support a small team to achieve sales and service goals Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a positive work culture Prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Team Leader to implement new initiatives and processes Leverage your problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and concerns Support the sales process and promote the benefits of our water purification products Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure team members are well-informed What We’re Looking For: A positive and enthusiastic attitude with leadership potential Strong problem-solving skills and a great level of product knowledge Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve results Focused on maintaining a positive team culture Enjoyment in customer resolution and sales support Previous experience in a promotional or sales environment is a plus If you’re a highly motivated individual with great team-building and customer service skills, looking to take your career to the next level with a recognized industry leader, we want to hear from you Why Puratap?
