Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare payments.Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections.Bank Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain a clear understanding of the company's cash flow.Expense Management:Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.Track and manage petty cash disbursements.Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Generate financial reports for management review.Tax Compliance:Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.Stay updated on tax law changes that may affect the company.Auditing and Compliance:Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations.Financial Analysis:Assist in analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
