The charter for this role will include:Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroadGuide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interestAssist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt forAssist in preparing and filing of their applicationsGuiding students on the visa process and visa applicationsEnsure our students have a stellar user experience with LeapResolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journeyCollaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
Ideal Persona would:The candidate should be from Study Abroad vertical (Mandatory)1+ years of study abroad experienceIn-depth knowledge of premium universities/collegesSound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplinesExperience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferencesExperience in working with CRMs is desirable.Excellent in written and spoken communicationProficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
