Sr. & Lead Counsellor - Premium Admission/Study Abroad

This is a new vertical that we are setting up and we are looking for people who will define the charter for this vertical.
Location : Bangalore - Jayanagar (WFO)
The charter for this role will include:
Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest
Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for
Assist in preparing and filing of their applications
Guiding students on the visa process and visa applications
Ensure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap
Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
Ideal Persona would:
The candidate should be from Study Abroad vertical (Mandatory)
1+ years of study abroad experience
In-depth knowledge of premium universities/colleges
Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
Excellent in written and spoken communication
Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
