The client is in the Healthcare sector and is looking to hire a Social Media Lead for their team at Bannerghatta Rd., Bangalore.


Note :

Candidate should be able to ideate, shoot and post Reels.

This is one of the key jobs for this role and we should look for people who have done this in the past.


The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Lead to spearhead their company's social media presence and drive engagement across various platforms. As a part of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media Strategy Development:

○ Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience.

○ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.

○ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our presence remains relevant and effective.


2. Content Creation and Management:

○ Conceptualize, create/curate engaging and informative content, including text, images, videos, and reels, tailored to our target audience.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams of content writers, designers and animators to develop a consistent and compelling content calendar

○ Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all social media channels.


3. Community Management and Engagement:

○ Foster meaningful relationships with our online communities by actively monitoring and responding to comments, questions, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

○ Identify and engage with influencers, industry experts, and key opinion leaders to amplify our reach and credibility.

○ Encourage user-generated content and leverage it to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.


4. Reel Creation and Video Content:

○ Conceptualize, script, and produce reels and video content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

○ Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the accurate portrayal of our services, products, and expertise in video format.

○ Stay up-to-date with basic video editing techniques and tools to create visually appealing and engaging content.


5. Analytics and Reporting:

○ Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and identify areas for optimization.

○ Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to refine and enhance our social media strategies.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and goals.


Qualifications:


● Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

● Proficiency in video editing software and techniques for creating engaging reels and video content.

● Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with online communities.

● Creativity and a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
