Job Overview:

Designing and developing user and context sensing SW (Wi-Fi CSI, mmWave, UWB, Sound event, Context Aware etc.)using DSP & Deep learning based approaches.


Roles & Responsibility:

  • The candidate will be working in designing and developing user and context sensing SW (Wi-Fi CSI, mmWave, UWB, Sound event, Context Aware etc.) for TV and DA devices.
  • The candidate will be working in digital signal processing concepts.
  • Developing & maintaining Sensing SW framework for various Hardware platforms & form factors - Tizen / TizenRT
  • The candidate will work to help envision and realize cutting-edge ideas through rapid prototyping and deployment.
  • Candidate will be working on Tizen MW components development
  • Conducting research in the area of Audio Processing, Speech/Sound Recognition & Voice AI.
  • Implementing On Device AI solution, defining & creating data sets and benchmarks and running experiments on real data.
  • AI SW Solutions deployment on different products of Samsung.
  • Enhancement of existing features and development of new features.


Skills Required:

  • Work experience in fields of Wi-Fi Technology, AI/ML, Sensing Technology (User Sensing, Context Sensing, Context Aware)
  • Sensor: Wi-Fi Sensing, mmWave, UWB, Piezo
  • Strong in C /C++ programming (Preferably Linux/Embedded Platform)
  • Good understanding of algorithms and S/W design methodologies.
  • Hands on experience in multi-threaded programming, IPC communication (Socket, DBUS, IOCTL etc)
  • Hands on experience in DSP concepts.
  • Hands on experience in Tizen MW components and IPC communication.
  • Hands on experience in Tizen RT.
  • Must have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
  • Good understanding of algorithms and S/W design methodologies
  • Work experience in fields of Speech Recognition, Audio Signal Processing, Acoustic Event Analysis, Deep Learning or NLP
  • Deep Learning techniques such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, data engineering, Tensor Flow, Keras, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Audio DSP algorithms, audio pre/post processing and etc.
  • Hands on experience in writing code in Python, C & C++
  • Hands on experience on Tizen platform
  • Good software designing skills.
  • Good knowledge of data structure and algorithms
  • Familiarity with AI techniques such as Generative AI, LLM, Model optimization etc.


Qualification Required:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech/MS
  • 4-12 years of relevant experience
