We are seeking a BI (Business Intelligence) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a drivenself-starter, eager to dive in and make a difference in our company.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement analysis and reporting tools that tackle business and organizational challenges

- Lead the process of data collection, conduct comprehensive research, and present findings to our loan originations, legal, and compliance groups.

- Communicate complex concepts in a clear, comprehensible manner to senior management.

- Apply your extensive knowledge of business intelligence tools and industry experience to solve intricatechallenges and accomplish company objectives.

- Use your strong understanding and experience with technical systems, datasets, data warehouses, data analysis techniques, and data visualization to deliver meaningful results.

- Utilize programming languages such as Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau to develop business and operational reporting and data visualizations that enhance decision-making processes.

- Extract valuable insights and trends and provide analytical recommendations to senior leadership to boost business performance. Collaborate with business leadership to apply analytics to business strategies effectively.

- Continually expand your technical knowledge to support research and analytical responsibilities.

Job Requirements :

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in data analysis may also be considered.

- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis/reporting or analytical role.

- Expertise in SQL and Excel.

- Experience with Tableau (mandatory) and Power BI (additional)

- Knowledge of Insurance product is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

- A naturally curious mind, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks and responsibilities independently.

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
