Join our winning team Visit our careers page at Job description Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Dev Ops Lead to architect and drive our cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops strategy across enterprise-grade platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure and AWS, and a proven track record as a Senior/Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and Dev Ops expert. This role will be pivotal in leading automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dev Ops pipelines across Azure and AWS environments. - Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices. - Champion Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, and Cloud Formation. - Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) strategies using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, etc. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring. - Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor). - Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across cloud environments. - Mentor junior Dev Ops engineers and foster a culture of automation and reliability. - Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. Required Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud technologies, with hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Dev Ops, including roles as Senior/Lead SRE or Dev Ops Expert. - Active Azure Dev Ops Expert Certification is mandatory. - Additional certifications such as AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Terraform Associate, or CKA/CKAD are highly desirable. - Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, Bash, Python, or similar. - Proven experience with Bicep for Azure Ia C deployments. - Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS). - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Attributes - Experience in multi-cloud strategy and hybrid cloud environments. - Exposure to Fin Ops, cost optimization, and
