Description :Job Summary :Looking for a DevOps Lead Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and Helm, with a strong background in automating deployments, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring infrastructure scalability and reliability. Certifications in both Azure and AWS are mandatory.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines.- Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Kubernetes clusters.- Create, maintain, and manage Helm charts for efficient Kubernetes deployments.- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of cloud environments across Azure and AWS.- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.- Enforce and monitor compliance, security best practices, and cloud governance policies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote DevOps culture and drive engineering excellence.- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and participate in technical decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation.- Expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including services like AKS, EKS, networking, and identity management.Mandatory certifications :1. Microsoft Certified : Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or equivalent2. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or equivalent- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm charts for container orchestration.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.- Solid experience with Docker, container registries, and orchestration practices.- In-depth knowledge of cloud security, networking, and governance best practices.- Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
