Manage end-to-end billing operations using Zuora, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and invoice generation. Strong understanding of Zuora product catalog, rate plans, usage-based billing, amendments, and workflow automation to align with business requirements. Develop and maintain billing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for finance and business teams.
