We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant proficient in Tally ERP software to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting internal audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to verify and consolidate financial data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Certification in Tally ERP is highly desirable.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles using Tally.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Skills Required

Tally ERP-Proficient in all modules including inventory, payroll, and taxation

MS Excel-Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills

Financial Reporting- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements

Tax Compliance - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings

Attention to Detail- Accuracy in financial documentation

Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret data and provide insights

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
