Job Title: Openstack Support Engineer with OpenStack, Linux, Kubernetes, TerraformLocation: 100% REMOTE - Offshore IndiaEmployment Type: Long Term ContractJob Overview:We are looking for a skilledOpenStack Support Engineerwith a strong background inOpenStack, Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform . The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage cloud environments, and troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid cloud infrastructures. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-daytechnical support for OpenStack environments , including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Manage and maintainLinux-based systemsthat support OpenStack services.UseTerraformto automate infrastructure provisioning and updates.Diagnose and resolve issues across compute, network, and storage layers in OpenStack.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation, performance, and scalability of cloud platforms.Maintain system documentation, procedures, and support materials.Required Skills and Experience:3–5 years of hands-on experience in OpenStack administration and support.Strong expertise inLinux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)administration and scripting.Working knowledge ofTerraformfor infrastructure automation.Proficient in troubleshooting networking, storage, and virtualization-related issues.Experience with tools such as Ansible, Git, or Jenkins is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a global support teamCustomer-focused mindset with attention to detailWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsRemote/flexible working optionsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologiesCareer growth and certification supportCollaborative and inclusive work cultureThanks & Best RegardsPiyush SharmaRecruitmenteMail: | East Camelback Road, Suite 1452Scottsdale, Arizona 85251
