Job Title: Openstack Support Engineer with OpenStack, Linux, Kubernetes, Terraform Location: 100% REMOTE - Offshore India Employment Type: Long Term ContractJob Overview: We are looking for a skilledOpenStack Support Engineerwith a strong background inOpenStack, Linux systems, Kubernetes, Terraform . The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage cloud environments, and troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid cloud infrastructures. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of cloud platforms supporting enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-daytechnical support for OpenStack environments , including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintainLinux-based systemsthat support OpenStack services. UseTerraformto automate infrastructure provisioning and updates. Diagnose and resolve issues across compute, network, and storage layers in OpenStack. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation, performance, and scalability of cloud platforms. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and support materials.Required Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in OpenStack administration and support. Strong expertise inLinux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)administration and scripting. Working knowledge ofTerraformfor infrastructure automation. Proficient in troubleshooting networking, storage, and virtualization-related issues.
