Your Role 

We are seeking a Transformation Lead with a strong background in Azure cloud architecture and hands-on experience in implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role blends cloud-native application design with modern AI capabilities, supporting the organization"s journey toward intelligent, scalable, and AI-augmented systems.
- Design and build secure, scalable applications using Azure services like App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, or OpenAI Agent SDK to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and agent workflows.
- Design and deliver AI-powered solutions for production use cases such as intelligent document processing, automated content generation, enterprise search assistants, and decision-support systems. Apply techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning

Your Profile 
- EducationBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Practical understanding of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
- Experience working with LLMs and GenAI techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG.
- Background in building microservices and serverless solutions.
