Role & Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expert:

- Serve as a domain, product, and process expert.

- Act as a liaison with clients to drive solution delivery.

- Lead business analyses and provide product & implementation expertise to clients.

2. Requirements Baselining & Solutioning :

- Conduct deep-dive sessions on clients' business & functional requirements.

- Compile and finalize requirement specifications and blueprint documents.

- Drive application configuration, system integrations, and customizations.

3. Project Management & Delivery :

- Define project plans with timelines, milestones, and review cadences.

- Lead review meetings to drive decisions and escalations.

- Communicate project progress and manage key concerns / issues.

- Facilitate user-review / testing sessions, gather feedback, and drive fine-tuning.

- Ensure timely milestone sign-offs and facilitate training sessions.

- Be responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder Management :

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

- Manage a team of implementation consultants across projects.

- Drive change management for successful adoption.

- Serve as the point person for problem-solving and troubleshooting.

5. Financials & Collections :

- Be aware of payment milestones and facilitate timely invoicing and collections.

- Drive discussions and alignments on change requests.

Ideal Candidate :

Professional Background :

- Management Consulting: At least 3 years of experience in project-managing, client-facing, and team-managing roles.

- Supply Chain Domain: Proven experience in supply chain management, with an understanding of relevant processes and challenges.

- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

- Team Management: Experience leading teams, with strong leadership and motivational skills.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

- Experience with SaaS applications and solution delivery.

- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to compile and finalize requirement specifications and blueprint documents.

- Knowledge of application configuration, system integrations, and customizations.

Industry Experience :

- Experience in Retail / Fashion & Lifestyle industries is desirable, providing an understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.

Education :

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation in business management and strategic thinking.

Personal Attributes :

- Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
