In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality andefficiency for the businesses we partner withYou’llmake a difference by:Responsibilities:Manage a region’s (or countries, depending on size) Hire to Retire Operationsin the Delivery CenterClient relationship·Relationship management with the Head – HR for the countriessupported.·Governance and Reporting·Current operations overview·Managing future roadmap·Single point of ownership for operational delivery of theregion/countriesProcess Management·Driving the team to ensure robust process documentation andknowledge management practices.·Robust KPI framework·Robust quality frameworkPeople Management·Org structuredesign·Competencymanagement and development of workforce·Workforcemanagement including recruiting, retaining, performance management, andengagement.·Drive processimprovement and digitalization·Identify andimplement automation.·Develop theright competencies in the workforce to manage cloud solutions.·Ensure thatthe team understands and supports technology solutions such as CARL, EPA, etc.Short-term goalsStabilizeoperations and deliver high-quality standards.Establish/enhancequality framework. Continually measure, track and improve quality metricsacrossprocesses.Establishrobust KPI framework; work with the customer organizations to socialize KPImetrics andensure that the KPIs relate to customer expectations ofservice; monitor escalations and integratelearning from those intoKPIs; continually measure, track, and improve KPIs.Driveproductivity and saving targets; establish transaction-based pricing and ensurecosts areproportional to BVIs; continually drive measures to reducecost per transactions; build processessuch that transactional costs arenon-linear and result in productivity gains with increasingvolumes.Long-term goals·Ensuresuperior strategies for HR Operations, implement new age technologies such asRPA, AI,etc.·Focus onenhancing end user experience across services; diligently measure, track andimproveuser satisfaction index.·Focus ondelivering value for business and HR; continually measure, track and improvecustomersatisfaction.Your success is grounded in:·10+yrs ofExperience.·Should beable to multi-task, managing the given task.·Stronganalytical and conceptual skills·Demonstratedeffectiveness in working with customers.Joinus and be yourselfWe value your uniqueidentity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitableopportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.Come bring your authentic self and create a better tomorrow with us.This role is based in
