Role Overview
We are looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to join our team and drive innovation across our business. You will be the in-house expert for AI tools, platforms, and integrations designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and create smarter workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Integration

  • Build and maintain workflows in Zapier, , and similar platforms.
  • Connect and streamline systems (Shopify, Google Drive, CRM, ERP, stock systems, email marketing).
  • Design dashboards and reporting automations for real-time business insights.

AI Deployment

  • Identify opportunities to implement AI across operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and supply chain.
  • Customise and fine-tune AI models for business-specific needs.

  • Manage projects such as:

  • Auto-updating Shopify product data from stock feeds.

  • Customer communication automation.
  • AI-driven personalised marketing campaigns.
  • Forecasting and decision support using AI.

Innovation & Training

  • Research emerging AI tools and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Conduct workshops/training sessions for staff on AI tools and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in AI, automation, and integrations.
  • Expert knowledge of Zapier, (Integromat), and workflow automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and/or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, APIs, and databases.
  • Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mindset.
