Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in India.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.  
Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the Indian market. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. 

  • Understand clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable products/services to meet their needs. 

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients. 

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. 

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. 

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and delivery of products/services. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or related field. 

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
