Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer: Business Analysis and Administration

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing daily agendas to optimize the CEO's time.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence and communications with discretion and professionalism.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee arrangements for board meetings, conferences, and special events.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage the filing and retrieval of key documents.
Strategic Assistance: Participate in strategic meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Provide research support on various topics relevant to the business.
Personal Management: Assist with personal errands and management tasks as required to better leverage the CEO’s professional time.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a startup or tech company.
Knowledge of project management software and CRM tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
