Role Overview

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, relationship management, and account development across key business segments including corporate, MICE, travel trade, and leisure. The role demands a dynamic professional who can balance business acquisition with client servicing to support BluSalzz's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online partners to generate business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies for different segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, weddings, long-stays).
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with hotels/resorts across the BluSalzz portfolio to ensure smooth handling of bookings and events.
  • Represent BluSalzz at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and competitor updates to management.
  • Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize sales performance.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or Bachelor's in Hotel Management preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales / hospitality sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/CRS/OTA systems is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong interest and aptitude for hotel sales may also be considered.
