Role & responsibilities

There should be good technical knowledge of production process wise and process

inspection and final testing of instrumentation, CAT5 & 6 , house wire, fire survivable ,

control cable and other types of communication cables.

  • Liaison with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Monitor production to resolve issues
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
  • Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
  • Looking after production, planning & process control
  • Skillful dealing & cooperation with workers for achieving production targets.
  • Reducing cycle time by adopting line balancing for increasing productivity.
  • Utilization of resources up to maximum level.
  • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
  • Report to upper management

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 7 yrs of experience on same profile

Must Cable Experience in Cable & Wire Industry

Inspection Experience

Experience in below mentioned cables

(Instrumentation Cable, Special Cable, LAN Cable, CAT--6/CAT-5/Communication Cable, Online Cable, Multicore Cable, Fire Survival Cable)
