Role Objective

To significantly boost organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance content quality across our digital platforms within a 6-month timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development:
  • Audit current website and content for SEO performance
  • Create and implement a 6-month SEO roadmap tailored to our niche
  • Identify high-impact keywords and long-tail opportunities
  • Content Optimization & Creation:
  • Write or guide creation of at least 2 content-rich blogs per week
    focused on Hindu rituals, festivals, philosophy, or sacred texts
  • Optimize product descriptions, landing pages, and existing content for SEO
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and targets relevant search intent
  • Technical SEO:
  • Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
  • Fix broken links, duplicate content, and other technical issues
  • Implement structured data and schema markup where applicable
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic sources, and conversion metrics
  • Provide bi-weekly reports with actionable insights
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and algorithm updates
  • Link Building & Outreach:
  • Develop ethical backlink strategies through guest posting, partnerships, and PR
  • Engage with relevant blogs, forums, and influencers in the spirituality and wellness space

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution (preferably in spirituality, wellness, or e-commerce sectors)
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to write or guide creation of compelling, SEO-friendly content
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
