Job Description: Electrical Site Engineer

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3+ Years

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and manage electrical installations and systems on-site for our projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute electrical installations, testing, and commissioning at construction sites.
  • Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress, address delays, and troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain site documentation, and update stakeholders on progress.
  • Oversee the installation of lighting, power distribution, and other electrical systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical site execution and management.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams, layouts, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and software for electrical engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹40,680.91 per month
