The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles in the US Location.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end US recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the key VLSI domain.- Evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements in the semiconductor domain.- Work with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models.- Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand VLSI skill sets.- Provide daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.- Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job portals.- Proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.- Fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
