‘AI Works’ is a specialized unit within Max Life, to leverage data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex business problems across the insurance value chain. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic for an exciting, fast-paced work environment and have a strong personal interest in learning and creating data driven insights and AI/ML solutions which make high business impact.
As part of ‘AI Works’ team, you would focus on conceptualizing, developing and deploying Analytics/AI/ML solutions across life insurance value chain to support, sustain and enhance Max Life’s Business.

You have working knowledge of advanced AI/ML driven business applications
You have been part of a team developing data driven insights, AI & Analytics solutions with a strong background in advanced mathematical concepts and equally good understanding of algorithms along with the business context.
You can work as an individual contributor, in a lean team internally and you are a self-starter.
You have an entrepreneurial attitude and enjoy end to end ownership and delivery Laisoning with multiple stakeholders
You are passionate about solving business problems with Data & Analytics
Enthusiastic self-learner keeping up with latest techniques, technology and market trends
Desired Qualification & Expertise
Minimum years (5-7) of hands-on work experience in data driven consulting, business insighting and AI/ML solution deployments.
Master’s degree – MBA or equivalent in Business Analytics with bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology/ ECE or other quantitative disciplines from tier 1/ tier 2 institutes (IIT, IIIT, NIT, BITS, ISI, or other premiere institutions)

Strong foundation and hands-on experience in implementing Analytics and Machine learning based solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with business and technology teams, understand business processes, identify problems and propose AI/ML solutions Strategic thinking and creating Analytics products roadmaps
Should have developed and deployed Analytics and AI based solutions with Python
Strong background with advanced mathematical concepts and understanding of algorithms
Role & Responsibilities
End to End management of projects for both exploratory data analysis and development of AI/ML solutions
Laison and collaborate with different business stakeholders, data and business teams to develop Analytics and AI/ML based solutions
Build data driven stories and present analysis output and solutions to all levels of the business Understand business processes, collect and integrate data from various data sources to be used for building the models.
Perform data analysis from unstructured data to find meaningful and actionable business insights Regularly scan AI/ML technologies in the market which can be used to solve key business problems for Max Life.
