Position Title: Android Developer

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (Onsite)


Qualifications:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in developing Android mobile applications with a strong
  • Understanding of Android Architecture, Framework, Android SDK, Core Java, Android Studio IDE, Android Debugger, and Kotlin.
  • Hands-on experience in building native mobile applications and mobility solutions.
  • Expertise in UI components and controls, including Action Bars, Widgets, Fragments, Constraint layouts, etc.
  • Proficient in core Android components such as Activity, Services, Intent, Broadcast Receiver, Content Provider, Handlers, and Threads.
  • Strong working experience with Web Service Integration (REST, JSON, XML) using Retrofit and OkHttp.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Proficiency in Kotlin, including coroutines and extension functions.
  • Expertise in RxJava.
  • Skilled in using ViewModels and LiveData.
  • Up-to-date with the latest developments in Android technology.
  • Adherence to clean architecture and good coding practices.
  • Experience with analytics, location and social APIs, payment gateways, SMS gateways, and cloud integration.
