We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical +pharmaceutical).
Role Overview:
CureSkin is seeking a talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Android application, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and uphold the highest standards of code quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
● Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
● Continuously optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
● Ensure the highest standards of code quality, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.
● Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Android development, and incorporate relevant advancements into our applications.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to the user experience.
● Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
● Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and innovation initiatives to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience of 5 years+ as an Android Developer, with a strong portfolio of Android applications developed and deployed to the Google Play Store.
● Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
● Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
● Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries and APIs integration.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development practices.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
● Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
