JOB SUMMARY :


This Role will work managing accounts and administration work on day to day basis.


Experience Required :- 1-2 years.


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


1) Responsible to keep and maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items and HR joining kit.

2) Create and maintain a database of Vendors for printing and stationery, office supplies, etc and negotiating the best rates with them.

3) Ensure that the office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water, etc are working properly and solving of issues in the same if any.

4) Ensure that all AMC Contracts like AC, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, etc are renewed on timely basis and the servicing is also done on timely basis.

5) Managing travel and hotel bookings of the organization.

6) Responsible for updating and maintaining candidate database on ZOHO Recruit, ZOHO People.

7) Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

8) Maintenance of files and documents in physical form as well as scanned copies.

9) Maintenance of Petty Cash Entries in ZOHO Books.

10) Posting of Accounting entries in ZOHO Books.

11) Assist the Auditor in Auditing Documents / requirements.

12) Any other accounting or admin work as per the need of the hour.
