**Job Summary**: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization including managing the vendors, housekeepers & Infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:
**Managing Infrastructure**
- Managing and ensuring proper functioning of all office infrastructure like ACs, and office equipment like printers, vending machines, etc.
- Managing paraprofessionals-related infrastructure matters like electricians/plumbers/carpenters etc.

**Facility Management - Housekeeping / Security / Catering Services**
- Assigning Duties to Housekeeping
- Stationery / Courier
- Catering

**Purchase Material/Services in consultation with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team**
- Identifying Vendor
- Inviting, comparing and negotiating quotes
- Accepting bills, checking & releasing for payment to Finance
- Defining SLAs

**Vendor Management**
- Monitoring the performances of vendors and providing input to the team
- Maintain copies of contract/agreement as received from vendors.
- Meeting vendors to discuss issues in case of poor service quality etc.

**Managing Admin Budget**
- Monitoring the expenses related to general admin.
- Suggesting and executing cost-saving measures from time to time without compromising on quality and timeliness of delivery

**Travel**
- SPOC for all travel needs.
- Look into travel requirements like ticketing, hotel bookings, vehicle arrangement, etc. (by looking and negotiating at the cheapest option)

**Employee Engagement**
- Planning and organizing employee engagement activities

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Understanding of Excel
- Good verbal and written skills
- Plus 6 months experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
