We are also contributing to the pace of digitisation of India by working closely with traditional banks to increase ease and convenience for last-mile customers.Job Responsibilities:Own the monthly and yearly business targets for the assigned verticals / productsDevise growth strategy (revenue, margins) for SMB business and key feature products of CashfreeEnsure seamless and timely execution of the growth plans / programsIntroduce and implement new SOPs to streamline daily BAU processesTrack and improve the sales funnel, onboarding metrics and business review metricsCoordinate with marketing, product and operations teams to start / implement new initiatives Requirements:At least 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups / sacle-ups, preferably from Payment industry (or Fintech, B2B SaaS)2+ years of work experience in program / project management, driving growth, revenue assurance, sales-operationsHigh degree of customer-centricity thinking with an agile way of workingProblem solver and biased for action with a knack for continuous improvement in processesEfficient in cross-functional roles with basic understanding of marketing, product management, operationsAdvanced understanding of excel, strong grip on numbers and good communication skill
