Job Description Job Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer. Required Skills : ServiceNow IRM / TPRM / GRC, Architect, Implementation. Experience Range : 5+ Years Location : PAN India Notice Period : 0 - 60 Days Sr. ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Developer will be responsible for end to end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities with minimal customization. This role involves leading design workshops, configuring platform elements, integrating with third-party systems and mentoring junior team members. Primary Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement OOB ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solutions Setup and manage: Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control Objectives Risk Frameworks, Risk Statements, Entity Mappings Policy Exceptions and Risk Assessments Build and configure: Assignment groups, User Roles, Escalation paths SLAs, Access Controls, Categories/Subcategories Implement up to 4 integrations (REST/SOAP API based – 2 for IRM, 2 for TPRM) Develop custom reports and dashboards for compliance and risk metrics Primary Skills (Must-Have) : Expert-level ServiceNow GRC / IRM / TPRM module implementation Strong knowledge of risk frameworks Experience with OOB Policy & Compliance and Risk applications ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Policies, Notifications Integration skills using REST/SOAP, MID Server configurations Strong documentation and communication skills Experience 5+ years.
