About the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees AR operations, ensuring timely payment gateway reconciliation, efficient Order to Cash (O2C) processes, and robust revenue assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Gateway Reconciliation:

-Manage and reconcile transactions from various payment gateways.

-Resolve discrepancies in payment reports.

  • Order to Cash (O2C) Process:

-Oversee the entire O2C cycle, from order entry to cash collection.

-Monitor customer credit and ensure timely collections.

  • Revenue Assurance:

-Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.

-Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks.

  • Accounts Receivable Management:

-Supervise the AR team and maintain accounting policies.

-Prepare and present AR reports to management.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

-Work with Sales and Customer Service to streamline processes.

-Address customer payment inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Proven AR management experience, including payment gateway reconciliation and O2C processes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
