Join us in India and unlock endless growth and global opportunities for yourself Job description: Monitor calls and coach the BDRs for performance enhancement and call quality. Conduct disposition analysis and build insights for coaching Prepare TNA and provide insights for the Ops department Conduct Need based trainings to enhance call quality Ensure calibration of the Process standards and run activities to drive consistency Audit call notes and Lead handover to deliver better quality Provide learning and coaching opportunities to program teams, and work with supervisors to take corrective action if necessary. Prepare reports and manage data relevant to the program performance and Coaching plans. Key Qualifications: College Degree in any stream Experience in coaching and good understanding of the different coaching concepts Adept at engaging with international clientele Able to effectively understand and communicate using American dialect. Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Any candidate with BDR/ SDR experience SQL/BANT/Appointment Gen, campaign types in Demand Generation Drafting call notes/ call comments for client deliveries. Experience in leading a QA Team OR worked delivering HQL/ SQL campaigns Candidates who have worked in Cold call centers with experience in telesales Business Acumen for the B2 B lead generation industry (Only from B2 B lead gen domain) – Minimum 2 years Benefits: Competitive Salary and Commission Structure: A rewarding compensation package that acknowledges your skills and contributions.
