Job description |  Project Manager (Remote)


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep Project management experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of software development. As a  Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the Project Timeline, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.


Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues; proactively take corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, including team members and external vendors, to support project requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Develop project budgets and forecasts, closely tracking and managing project costs. Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to quality standards. Implement proper documentation and version control practices for project artifacts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and managing expectations.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally. Identify potential project risks and devise risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in software product development and implementation.
  • Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
