We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical project manager to join our team at ALIF. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, coupled with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving innovation. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for multiple concurrent technical projects within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement recommendations for future projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance project delivery processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably technology-focused environment.
  • a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from inception to completion, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly evolving priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to driving innovation and excellence in project delivery.
