About the Role:


We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and GitOps to join our SRE team. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure.

In this role, you will work alongside software and infrastructure engineers to design, implement, and optimize SRE best practices —including SLAs, SLOs, proactive monitoring, incident response, and postmortems . You will also contribute to automation and observability initiatives that drive operational excellence.


Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
  • Automate and optimize cloud operations in AWS & Azure
  • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis
  • Lead incident response efforts, conduct postmortems, and drive continuous improvements
  • Contribute to on-call documentation and incident response playbooks
  • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure system reliability
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodologies
  • Drive observability improvements through monitoring, logging, and tracing
  • Adhere to best practices for security, compliance, and infrastructure as code (IaC)


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS infrastructure and site reliability engineering
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform
  • Proven experience building and managing Kubernetes clusters in production
  • Strong background in monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Expertise in GitOps, CI/CD processes, and automation
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell) and AWS CLI tools
  • Experience with security operations , including encryption, key management, and policy enforcement

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-moving environments
